Group counselling is a form of therapy where people with similar experiences or issues meet together with a professional therapist.
The therapist runs the session, but generally everyone contributes in some way, listening to others and talking amongst themselves.
The goal of the group counselling would be to help the group find common ground to become a functional group within the work place or group space they operate within. Generally work places are in need of group therapy due to the different personalities that are required to work cohesively in achieving a similar goal. Here are some forms of group therapy:
